Refund policy

1. Right to return

You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of receiving it and receive a refund.

The 14-day period is calculated from the day you receive the SMS notification about the delivery of your parcel.

2. Return method

Returns are carried out via Omniva parcel lockers.

The SMS message containing your parcel pickup code also includes a return code.

To return a product:

  • Go to an Omniva parcel locker
  • Select “Return a parcel”
  • Enter the return code
  • Print the shipping label and attach it to the parcel
  • Choose the appropriate locker size (we recommend S or according to parcel size)
  • Place the parcel in the locker and close the door

The return code is valid for 14 days from the day you receive the SMS.

Please ensure that the parcel is securely packed before placing it in the locker.

3. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are always covered by the customer.

These costs are deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Condition of returned items

The returned item must be:

  • Unworn (only tried on)
  • Undamaged
  • Unwashed and not attempted to be washed
  • Free of stains (e.g. makeup, powder, etc.)
  • Free of odors (e.g. sweat, perfume)
  • Free of hair or other signs of use

The item must be suitable for resale.

Minor changes caused by fitting or transportation (e.g. light wrinkles) are acceptable.

If the item does not meet these requirements, the return may be rejected.

Items that have been washed or otherwise affected after use are considered used and cannot be returned.

5. Custom-made items

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

We recommend carefully checking the size using the size chart before placing an order, as such items cannot be resold.

6. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions:

  • The refund will be issued within 5 business days
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase

Depending on the bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 1–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

7. Manufacturing defects

If a manufacturing defect appears within a reasonable period (e.g. stitching or print defect), please contact us.

In such cases, the item may be:

  • Replaced
  • Repaired
  • Or refunded

In these cases, all return-related costs are covered by us.

Natural wear and tear is not considered a defect.

8. Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected from the locker and is returned to us:

  • The order is considered canceled
  • A refund may be issued after deducting shipping costs
9. Exchanges (size or model)

If you want a different size or model:

Return the unsuitable item and place a new order.
