Product return and refund policy
PRODUCT SALES AND RETURN POLICY
1. General Information
1.1. This return policy sets out the conditions and procedures related to product returns and return requests for the t-shirt e-shop DesignedByMe.lt.
1.2. The t-shirt e-shop DesignedByMe.lt (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) is operated by MB Lengvina, company code 306667637, and functions as an online platform selling t-shirts and other products.
2. Return Conditions for Custom-Printed Products
2.1. Please note that each product is printed individually according to your order. Therefore, we ask that you choose the correct size carefully based on our size chart, as we do not keep items in stock – all items are made to order. If the size or design does not meet your expectations, it is unlikely we can resell the item, and we would incur a loss.
2.2. Products can be returned in cases of printing errors, defects, fabric damage, damage during shipping, incorrect size, or other cases where you choose to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
3. Return Policy
3.1. If you wish to return a product, you must submit a free-form return request by emailing us at info@DesignedByMe.lt, in accordance with the following conditions:
a) You must submit the return request within 30 days of receiving the item, or within 14 days if invoking Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania to withdraw from the contract;
b) The product must be unworn, undamaged, in its original condition and packaging.
3.2. Please contact us at info@DesignedByMe.lt if you have questions regarding the return possibilities of specific products.
3.3. No later than 14 days from the date you notified us of your withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all sums paid to us, including delivery costs. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of their return.
3.4. If you order a product that is not available in our range or request a custom design, it is considered a custom-made product and cannot be returned under Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
3.5. You must return or hand over the product to us without delay and no later than 14 days from the date of submitting your notice of withdrawal.
4. Return Methods
4.1. After submitting your return request, you can choose one of the following options:
a) A refund of the amount you paid;
b) An exchange for another item that better meets your expectations.
4.2. You are responsible for covering the direct shipping costs of returning the item.
5. Warranty
5.1. The buyer may submit claims for product defects within a reasonable time, but no later than two years from the date of receiving the item.
5.2. Within this two-year period, the buyer has the right to request a remedy for the defective product, a proportionate price reduction, or to unilaterally terminate the purchase agreement.
5.3. The buyer must notify the seller of any product non-compliance no later than three months from the day the issue was discovered.
6. Final Provisions
6.1. This return policy takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website and applies in conjunction with the Terms of Service.
6.2. We reserve the right to amend this return policy at any time by publishing changes on the Website.
