PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  1. General Information
    1.1. This return policy sets the conditions and procedures related to product returns and return requests at the t-shirt online store DesignedByMe.lt.
    1.2. The t-shirt online store DesignedByMe.lt (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) is owned by MB Designed By Me LT, company code 306666898, an online platform where t-shirts and other products are sold.

  2. Return Conditions Due to Individual Printing
    2.1. Please note that each product is printed individually according to your order. Therefore, please choose the correct size carefully according to our size chart, as we do not stock products but manufacture them according to your individual order. If the chosen size or design does not meet your expectations, it will likely be difficult for us to sell such a product to another customer, resulting in losses for us.
    2.2. Products can be returned due to printing errors, defects, or fabric damages, damages during shipping, incorrect size, and in other cases where you withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of product receipt.

  3. Return Conditions
    3.1. If you wish to return purchased products, you must submit a free-form return request, informing us by email: info@DesignedByMe.lt, adhering to these conditions: a) The return request must be submitted within 30 days from the moment of receiving the products or within 14 days from the moment of receiving the products if the return request is made based on Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, when withdrawing from the contract; b) The products must be unworn, undamaged, in original condition, and with original packaging.

    3.3. No later than fourteen days from the day you informed us about withdrawing from the contract, we will refund all the amounts paid by you, including the shipping costs you paid. The refund will be made using the same payment methods that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
    3.4. In cases where you order a product not in our assortment or order a custom design, the product cannot be returned based on Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, as it will be considered made according to the consumer's individual requirements.
    3.5. You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately, and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from the contract to us.

  4. Methods of Return
    4.1. After submitting a return request, you will have the option to choose one of the following methods of return: a) We refund the amount of money you paid; b) We send you another product that meets your expectations.
    4.2. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

  5. Warranty
    5.1. The buyer may make claims regarding defects of the item within a reasonable period, but no later than two years from the day of transferring the item. The period for making claims regarding defects of products is calculated from the day the products are handed over to the Buyer.
    5.2. Within the statutory two-year period, the buyer has the right to demand that the quality of the product be ensured, the price of the product be proportionately reduced, or the purchase-sale contract be unilaterally terminated due to poor quality of the product.
    5.3. The buyer must notify the seller of the non-compliance with product quality requirements no later than three months from the day of discovering the non-compliance.

  6. Final Provisions
    6.1. This return policy is effective from the moment of its publication on the Website and applies together with the Terms of Service.
    6.2. We reserve the right to change the return policy at any time, notifying about it on the Website.
    6.3.
