1.2. T-shirt e-store (hereinafter referred to as "Site") is an online platform belonging to the company DesignedByMe.lt, where t-shirts and related products are sold.

2. Delivery territory

2.1. We offer delivery within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.2. If you wish to ship to other countries, please contact us for information on possible delivery and applicable conditions.

3. Delivery time

3.1. We try to deliver the goods to you as soon as possible.

3.2. The delivery time of the goods depends on the selected delivery method, delivery location and other factors.

3.3. Usually, the delivery time of goods in the territory of Europe/UK is from 5 to 7 working days, counting from the moment of production.

3.4. The production time of T-shirts and jumpers can last from 1 to 3 working days, so after adding up the production and delivery time of the T-shirts, the goods can arrive in 7-10 working days.

4. Delivery prices

4.1. The cost of delivery depends on the chosen delivery method and will be added to the total bill at checkout.

4.2. The goods will be delivered to the nearest post machine near your place of residence (or selected post machine). You will be notified via SMS or e-mail as soon as your package is delivered.

5. Delivery process

5.1. We use reliable delivery services and strive to ensure that goods are delivered safely and on time.

5.2. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide on your order is correct and accurate. As well as the phone number you enter to receive your withdrawal PIN.

5.3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery. Just after placing the order, the system will not show your shipment, because the goods are manufactured first, and only when the goods are manufactured and shipped, then you will be able to see the status of the shipment in the tracking system (depending on the selected delivery method).

6. Acceptance of goods

6.1. Please check the condition and accuracy of the items when you receive them.

6.2. If you notice any violations or inaccuracies, please contact us immediately and let us know.
