2.1. We currently offer delivery within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.
2.2. If you wish to have your order delivered to another country, please contact us to inquire about availability and applicable conditions.

3.1. We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
3.2. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method, delivery location, and other factors.
3.3. Standard delivery time within Lithuania is typically 1–2 business days from the moment the item is produced.
3.4. The production time for t-shirts and sweatshirts may take 1–3 business days. Therefore, the total delivery time may range from 3 to 5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs
4.1. Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and will be added to the total amount at checkout.
4.2. Products will be delivered to the nearest parcel locker near your residence (or the chosen locker). You will be notified via SMS once your parcel has been delivered.

5. Shipping Process
5.1. We use reliable delivery services and aim to ensure that products are delivered safely and on time.
5.2. Please ensure that the delivery address and phone number you provide during checkout are accurate. The phone number is needed to receive the parcel pickup PIN code.
5.3. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery status. Please note that tracking will only be available once the item has been produced and shipped, not immediately after placing your order (depending on the selected delivery method).

6. Receiving Products
6.1. Please check the condition and accuracy of the products upon receipt.
6.2. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please contact us immediately and report the issue.
