If you want to return the goods and get your money back or change the size of the goods, please inform us by e-mail: info@designedbyme.lt We will send you return instructions, which you can follow to print a return label at the OMNIVA parcel machine with the return shipment number. After receiving the item and checking its condition, if the item is not damaged, we will refund your money or exchange the size. Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
